In the week that marked International Women’s Day, we also wanted to mark the date with our team.
To celebrate the moment, we shared a small gesture of recognition with all the women who are part of the company, in a simple moment of sharing and conviviality.
This was a symbolic way of recognizing the contribution, dedication and role of all the women who, on a daily basis, are part of and help to build the company.
We were delighted to welcome Jorge Pereira, President of the Rotary Club of Esposende, to formally present the certificate of recognition for Etfor’s support of the Portuguese Rotary Foundation’s Scholarship Programme.
Etfor held an ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) training session involving employees from different areas of the company.
Continuous improvement is part of the way Etfor thinks, works and evolves every day. With this in mind, we have launched an internal training programme dedicated to the Kaizen methodology, involving different teams across the company.
