Not every challenge takes place within the workplace.
Etfor took part in the “O Forjinha” 5-a-side Football Tournament, with a team of employees representing the company on the pitch.
The tournament provided an opportunity to step outside the usual work environment and bring colleagues together through competition, team spirit and a shared passion for football.
More than a sporting competition, the event was also a moment of connection and team-building, bringing together people from Etfor in a different setting and creating an opportunity to share an experience beyond their daily work.
